- All traders must follow and comply with Covid protocols.
- All traders must ensure at least a metre lenght between themselves and the next trader.
- No trading will be allowed in the parking area or entrance of the premises.
- All traders must have their own bins to keep in their stall for themselves and their customers.
- At the end of trade, all dirt must be deposited in the designated area for municipality pick up.
- Setup can be from 5am onwards and trading will close by 4pm (adjustable seasonal/functions).
- Traders will not be allowed to trader without an informal trading permit.
- Traders will not be allowed to trade without paying the upfront management fee.
- Monies will not be collected from traders at the enterance, all payments must be made prior to trading.
- Walk in / Drive in on the day traders will not be allowed, however if they are selleing second had goods, they are welcome to approach the auction stall and see if they wish to sell the goods via the auction.
- If it rains on trading day and you are unable to trade, you will not be refunded, however the amount you pay upfont is for 3 months, worked at 4 weeks in the month, so in the months that have 5 weeks, you will not be asked to pay more in either management or licence fees.
- Management fees collected will be used to manage the grounds to employ and pay for a manager, cleaning staff, car guards and essentials..
- Food stalls MUST comply to covid protocols and health & safety: Fire extinguisher, fire blanket, plastic or clear shields in front separating your food display / sale between you and your customer, wear gloves while serving, no open fires allowed, no alcohol sales - we will advise further should the municipality require further protocols.
- All traders trade at their own risk, neither the municipality or The Bluff Flea Market committee members, managers and or staff will not be held accountable for any losses.
